Well, You've made a good start. You made contact and got a response. Welcome to R2R!
The best thing you can do is just play around with the forum and check things out. Get comfortable with it. Then post whatever question/problem you may have and see what happens. What kind of tank do you have?

Click on this link below which will lead you to all the different topics. Lots of great reading and Pics !!

The search funtion is also very useful. Mayority of the doubts has been asked before so, a deep dive into the history treads is also very helpful.

Thanks for the reply! I have a 100 gallon mixed reef tank. I will try to attach a picture.

Having trouble getting the picture to attach?

What you have to do depends where the picture is.
If it is on your computer click the icon at the top of the box where you make a post that looks like a landscape.

In the box you put where the picture is on your device.
It will uploaded and appear.

If you want to post a picture already on the internet you can right click on a picture
select copy image location
Use the second choice under insert image ( the landscape icon at the top of the post box) that has a little chain for a link.
paste the address for the image there

Sorry I dont ever post anything but text from my phone. I suspect the process is the same though.

Welcome to Reef2Reef.
Lots of people here have tanks for comfort. Lots of people also get get the opposite effect from theirs here.

A good place to start is reading the Articles on R2R! They are full of great information and help on setting up systems...good at explaining the basics. Then, when you have a question....just search the forums for keywords and you will find tons of threads pop up pertaining to that topic...many may not answer your question, but you will probably find the answer buried in there somewhere. Or, just open up new thread and post your question....just be specific and list as many details about your system as possible to get more precise responses!
