They are risky. Can release toxins that can kill all your fish. I’d prob remove.

Why does third pic look diff than first 2? Third pic I see the tentacles but not first 2.

OK, could also be spaghetti worm. Leaning more towards that. Usually don’t see them fully exposed. They are actually OK.

The Medusa worm has hairy legs this one doesn't the color is red
