Got this yesterday, it was too awesome to pass up, not sure what it is. Sorry for fuzzy pic
The center is bright neon green, ringed by a darker but bright green. There's a line of blue outside the greens making a border before the fringe, then the fringe is black with bright yellow tips. Thank you for your help

I'm guessing there's different color variations? Seems like the ones I'm finding when looking up all have green skirts

Here's one after my whites came on. I'm sure you're right, I just wanted to make sure. Does is matter? Not really, as long as it's pretty is all that matters [emoji4]this a better pic though.
