I've had this six line in QT for about a week now and a light patch on his body started showing about a day ago.Anyone know what he's got and if it needs treatment. Thanks guys!

I'm going to say it's likely bacterial and should probably be treated with antibiotics. Kanaplex and/or furan-2 would be a good start.

Are the two medications suggested safe for crabs.. in also qt'ing 5 hermits

Can you separate them? I probably wouldn't dose it with them in there

The hermits need to be QT'd in a fishless tank to be sure they aren't carrying in any diseases or parasites. I agree that the wrasse has a bacterial infection. Kanaplex or furan2 (or both if needed) for a minimum of ten days.
