First pic i see corraline and a vermetid snail.
2nd i see boytrocladia or red bubble algae.

Probably want to get rid of snail - many posts on R2R as to methods. As for the red growth, possibly new growth of https://www.marineplantbook.com/marinebookbotryo.htm, but most probably red bubble algae. Can you take rock out and isolate it?
