Not sure what to do about nuisance algae and help identify.

Guys I need help. I am not sure exactly what I'm dealing with here. I want to say that it's hair algae on the rocks and diatoms on the sand but I'm not sure about the diatom diagnosis. I need to know what to do to get rid of it. My lights start ramping up at 11:30 and ramping down at 8:30. My nitrates are 7 and my phosphates are at .7. The levels of nutrients have been steady for a while now. The tank is 6 months old. Is this something that I should just wait out? Fish and corals all seem to be doing outstanding. I have a plate coral that is super puffy and an elegance that is nice and spread out. Please help!

Early days, tank is going through ugly stage. On the rocks looks like hairalgae. On the sand it could be diatoms or dinos( orange looking stuff) and could be spirulina( green on sandbed). Only way to tell for sure is a microscope.
Remove hairalgae at waterchanges and stir up sandbed is the only things I would do, let your tank mature.

Get a clean up crew if you don't have one yet.

When your water is ready, coraline algae will start to form on rocks. This will crown out the green algae. If you want, scrub the algae off with a toothbrush prior to water change.
