Not using full Reagent

Hi, so I recently got the Hanna copper checker, and can’t seem to put in the reagent powder in the cuvette without some of falling away from the cuvette. I get a majority of it in, but also notice a bit that doesn’t make it into the cuvette. Will this affect the results of the test? How can I put all of it in? Thanks
