I woke up today and noticed a bunch of these little white moving dots on the glass. Should I be worried ?

Copepods. Food for coral, some fish and Mandarin gobies

Looks like a bunch of pods to me. They are good and even provide a little snack for fish

That’s what it seems like based on research. It’s currently a fish-less tank. Will coral enjoy them?

I had a little ich issue so I had to clear out all the fish last week

I don’t have any fish in the tank and I slowed down spot deeding from twice a week to maybe once a week. Since I have so many in the tank could I cut spot feeding back even longer? Once every 2 weeks? I have live aquarium pro reef salt which has great nutrients for the corals and do weekly water changes usually. Maybe by weekly depending

Honestly I don't think corals need to be spot fed often. If your tank has no3 and po4 available corals should be fine
