Noticed huge cut on Royal Gramma head while in Acraflavin dip!!

I netted all my fish into a FW and then an Acraflavin dip before going into QT because the Gramma I believe has velvet. I don't know if it got this cut when I tried to get, or what, but it looks very new and I hadn't noticed before. What should I do to try and help it heal and have the Gramma survive??

Acriflavine should help clean the wound so it hopefully doesn’t get infected. Are you planning to treat with anything in QT or observe?
