Not sure what these markings on my clownfish are?

Agree - the markings are non-specific - for a lot of things. It could be just getting used to a new anemone.

Can you give some more information?

How long you've had it?
Was it QT'd if at all?
Other fish, how you got it (shipping injury)?

It looks like an injury (to me) - others will weigh in. assuredly. Anemone looks awesome

Have had the fish and anemone for almost 4 years, has been in good health condition. Lays eggs, most recently maybe a week ago, No new fish have been added to the tank in years.

What about things other than fish? Rocks? Corals? Sails? Hermits? Etc. It could be a disease but it just looks like a scrape to me.

Have live rock that have some edges where it could be been scraped, corals: mushrooms, frammer, cyphastrea, chalice, candy cane, leather, could have been stung by and there are a decent amount of Aiptasia. I have some smaller snails, maybe 1 hermit left
