Nourish Overdose?

Hey guys

I was just wondering if you can overdose the Seachem “Nourish” Additive? I use a capful a day but if I were to somehow use more a day would that hurt? I also use garlic guard as well but I’ve heard that you cannot overdose that. Just curious ab the Nourish. Thanks!

Is this for your saltwater tank?
This is an amino and iodide supplement and is for FRESHWATER only and assuming this is a FW tank -do not overdose unless you have the ability to test iodine levels
