I used to have a 8x54 NEP on a 55 gallon and it was a great light. I hung it about 8 inches above the water and I was able to keep some higher light SPS. Don't have any pics right now, but I'll try to dig one up.

sweet i have a 6 bulb pro on a 75 gal and im thinking of laying directly on my tank to get the most light out of it. trying to keep alot of sps, lps. so far so good.

I just upgraded from a wavepoint 4x54w to 6w54w novaEP

I love the lights so far. I had it sitting directly on the tank b4 but since i have a HOB skimmer i had to put it on the legs.

My bulb combo isnt right because i just got the light and i was testing bulbs.. ill post a newer pics when i get new blubs.

Do you have any full tank shots? I'm curious as to the placement of your SPS and Clams.

does anyone have the par levels for this fixture. stock bulbs and or ati bulbs. i cant find anyone who has the par levels. thanks

This sticky has a bunch of PAR ratings for various bulbs. Not sure if you'll find ratings on the stock bulbs, but you definitely will on the ATIs and other after market bulbs.
