When you sign up (completely free) using the link above, you get a nice list of how it all works at the end. In a nutshell, you need to have an account at BRS and then sign up using the link in the original post. Once signed up you will be eligible for the free shipping on orders over $29 and the 10x points for orders placed between Saturday and Monday. Your account will also be upgraded for free to the preferred reefer program which entitles you to free shipping on orders over $49(I think) and 5x points moving forward.

You don't get discounts on the order itself but you get the points which is good enough because you'll always need something else from BRS.
