Guys,
So 5 months ago I stripped down my 400 ltr tank and restarted again , it was neglected for years and I’d decided to give it a rebirth .

I’m now in a position where I can sit back and enjoy it , it’s been a journey of ups and downs and lots of experimenting but I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every minute even with blood sweat and tears.

So, my mixed reef now consists of 53 corals from mushrooms to acroporas and 16 fish and a cuc of an urchin, sand star , various snails and crabs and a million stomatellas, micro brittles -and dove snails which keep my rock free of any algae ( I leave the sides for algae for the cuc)

Set up is rather complicated but the system works.

A little about that… I run a skimmer , dsb and refugium with caluerpa
I use the triton core7 be system and dose trace that comes back from the icp as undetectable.
Also use ozone in a controller and carbon runs the same time during the night in tandem.
7 dosing heads dose the triton supplements and vodka , lc and iodine are to control nutrients and iodine at 600.

I decided and stabilised my parameters at :
Salinity 1.0255
Temp 26
Ph is 8.3
Par ranges from 50 - 450
Orp 300+
Kh 9
Calcium 430
Mag 1300
Phosphate.10
Nitrates 10

As it’s a mixed reef it seems a middle ground for the various corals and gives a little wiggle room if something drops out of range

So here it is

Now just remember to keep your hands out of it, just let it do its thing, and of course sps needs maturity. :zany-face: Sorry I'm cursed with a photographic memory. Good job on the reboot it looks nice.
