So right after I completed ribbing myself for not taking the time to get my CNC to make the cuts for my control board; I realized why my great idea for the holes wasn't such a great idea after all! Even the ones I tried to fix didn't workout...

Thanks all! After a bunch of spackle and a few coats of paint it passes. I was more interested in doing the install! here are the photos:

I have a Panduit conduit running along the top for wires going accross the stand. Regarding the slide-out; I hadn't thought of that - great idea! I actually can 3D print one I redesigned for my CNC.
My only concern, and one of the reasons I went with this layout was to keep it all loose - easy to swap out/replace items.
If I put the cables in a track that may make it harder to deal.
I am still evaluating :)
