I have a 35 gallon tank and 10 gallon sump. Tanks a bit over a year old viparspectra light.
No3 15-25ish
Po4 .03-.06
ALK 8.1-8.3
Cal 425
Mag 1300
Temp 78
Ph 8.0-8.3
What in the heck is going on. Entire tank is thriving! The harder to keep SPS start to color then start to get like a pale white. It went from color to brown due to low par and whiteish but not dead I'm assuming high par but polyps are constantly out. What's the problem par is about 315

Well your numbers seem fine so let's focus on lights and flow. You have torch corals placed at the very top of your scape and SPS frags in the middle near some soft corals too. This is opposite of what you would want for par lighting. What flow are you using?

Those "easy" to keep SPS aren't the issue those are actually growing and no issues and the torches are actually getting about the same to less par because the middle brace covers the light and frag rack also. Using mp10

Ok do you dose daily to maintain alk and cal for stability purposes?

Flow is my first thought looking at the tank.
That's a good observation which again does not make sense to me having the torch corals at the top where you're supposed to have the highest flow running. If you have moderate flow for the torches there then SPS suffer.

The ones above the torches are the ones suffering they aren't dead but they aren't the best they can be

I’d do an ICP followed by an Aquabiomics analysis. I’ve seen the pale tissue appearance with excess trace elements (iodine especially), but a bacterial issue could also produce similar responses.
i agree with this. i was losing SPS due to high metals in my water. once i lowered them, SPS bounced back

But why would his other SPS seem ok? Only the ones at the top just below the water line are struggling. Now that I saw his video those might actually be to close to the top of the water line.

I do agree ICP always helps. OP are you doing regular water changes for trace elements?

Those were lower before i put up higher for the reason of them doing terrible. Now they're better but not good enough

I do weekly to bi weekly water changes

The flow looks ok for the torches but not sure for SPS. To give you perspective I run 2 MP40s on a 3 foot tank at 40% intensity and I have a mixed reef also. So MP10s would need to be above that.
