Remove the PH and anemone from your tank The anemone may be a lost cause if there is significant damage to it's base. You don't want it dying in your DT. If you have a qt tank with adequate lighting move it and see if it recovers.

The first thing to do is turn off the power head. The anemone will release itself. Can you QT the anemone? If not, once it releases you may want to put it in a anemone basket. You can make one from a plastic container and poke holes in the bottom. You would need to attach it to the side of the tank. Depending on how bad the damage is, there is a chance the nem will live. However, you will need to act quickly if it is dying. This way it does not nuke the tank.

I turn the power head off when I first got home but I didn't know what to do with the anemone, ,I just checked on it a few moments ago and it looks like it's doing pretty good I do have a quarantine tankbut the water temperature is too cold I have to get a new heater for it

OK so for now leave it in the main tank and make sure it's not dying. If you will move it to the QT remember to have adequate lighting as well. If not, maybe the DT should do for now. If that powerhead is the only one in the tank, you also want it to get going sooner than later so maybe the best option right now is to get a small plastic basket, carefully remove the anemone, put it in the basket and watch vigilantly to make sure it doesn't die. The moment it does, it will foul your tank in a few hours so you don't want that.

I once had one take a trip through 10' of hard line, and strain through a grate which is where I found him quite a bit smaller and beat up than he was a month earlier. That was several years ago and he is still going today!

How big is you tank and the pump that sucked him in? I'm guessing it's a newer anemone for you?
I've had it happen a bunch of times, nothing to really worry about. If it stressed it that much or hurt it you may even get 2 anemones out of it! It will be fine, keep it in your dt, if you change the water parameter around on it while it's in bad shape,,,, than you may lose it
