NP bacto to plus NP transition

Hello,

I just tested my parameters and nitrates and phosphates are at 0. I have cyano now along with what might be the beginnings of dynos.

I also recently increased my np bacto balance dose to 5ml. I had .02 phosphates at a dose of 2.5ml but no detectable nitrates.

Should I go back to 2.5ml of bacto balance or stop with that and begin “plus np”?

another thought was just increasing feeding.

Yes, one of both. When dosing Plus-NP or NP-Bacto-Balance please ignore nitrate and only check for phosphate. Please see the "Carbon Dosing Scale" on the Tropic Marin homepage.
