I had a 50ml bottle of NP Pro delivered today. We usually don't get mail delivered on Sundays, packages usually get delivered to our door. However, the package was left in our mailbox in about 85 degree (higher in the sun) for about 3.5 hours before I noticed it. The bottle was very warm, almost hot when I opened the package, must of been over 100 degrees in the mailbox.

Is the bottle still good? How do I verify it's viability?

I dnt think it's waste...it's carbon source for your bacteria and I don't think AF recommends it to be stored in fridge....so it should be fine.

Would it be possible to get confirmation from Aquaforest whether the NP Pro can handle
Brief periods of high heat and how to tell if the product has spoiled?

The bottle specifically says to store in a dry and cool place.

I will message Debora and see what her thoughts are, sorry for the delay, I personally feel it will be ok, but let me get some additional support on this question? Kind Regards,

No word yet. I've been using the product without any adverse effects, but I'm only using 3 drops in a 125g system.

good to know. I would say this product coming over in a container sitting on a cargo ship can take the heat for a short time of not for long periods of time.

My buddy dropped off a bottle of NP pro on my door step last week and it was sitting in 95+ heat for 9 hours. Mine is still working fine. I haven't see any adverse effects.

Me too, All my products come from supplier, and they all sit in this insane heat in FL, probably the hottest summer I can remember, and unfortunately I am no spring chicken, lol...Cheers
