Definitely appears to be “brought.” Not only in the spelling of the word, but also in the grammatical context of the statement they were appearing to make. That individual may have just admitted to a crime and doesn’t even realize it lol

i dont read barnacle on here, i did it within the law, i even googled it to make sure. im 15 so i do not need a liscence
