Nps ?

Hi was wondering if anyone can id this for me I was told it’s called a ginger bread coral but cannot find anything online with that name I believe it’s a nps or a type of sea fan looks like if it had frost on it

I’ve only seen this thing in like two tanks so I would say not it’s to common

Has same exact coloration as this coral except when the polyps close it looks like if it had been snowed on or was frosted any ideas ?
