Hello all.

93 gallon mixed reef
20 gal sump
Skimmer, fuge,
Salinity 1.025
Nitrates 10ppm
Phos .20

Was getting mediocre grown and colors... Always blaming it on my G3 pro radions..

Decided that my phos and nitrate could be causing the issues...

Decided to run bioplastics ( in the phosban 150 )
Started with 1/4 he recommend amount... First 2 days no problem.. Skimmer pretty much stopped working all together... Last night before I went to bed the skimmer started working, and a stringy substance was sticking to the inside of the reactor... Noticed the tanks was not 100 percent clear... But nothing to quite stress about... This morning I woke up to a tank so cloudy that my fish had to swim within a nice of the glass for me to be able to see them... I immediately took the bio pellets off line... Had to go to work, so couldn't do a water change. Made sure power heads were on full blast and pointed towards the surface... No loss of life from what I can tell,

Dropped a uv sterilizer in this evening to see if it would help

I don't want to do water change because all pumps would be turned off for about 30 min... I'm afraid of lack of oxygen from the bloom.

With this just go away?
