NSW Reservoir

I have a 60 gallon vertical norwesco tank for my NSW. How would I go about keeping my DOS tubing in it and near the bottom so I could suck out as much water as possible?

I use a solid piece of 1/4" tubing... connected to a bulkhead I put on the top. Works well with my dos.

Or plumb a bulkhead john guest into the bottom.
