NT Labs Calcium and Magnesium tests - not registering

I don't know if anyone else uses the NT Labs Calcium and Magnesium test kits, but I've attempted to test both the calcium and magnesium level of my tank and the results are not registering on the scale on the box. Either I am doing something wrong, got bad test kits or my calcium and magnesium levels are very high.

Does anyone have any experience with these? I'll get my LFS to test the water first, but if they are both high, what's the best way to bring them back down to acceptable levels for corals - breaing in mind I am just starting out.

Maybe you just need more titrant to get to the endpoint? What would the value be if it changed right at the last amount you added?

Bit of a late reply, but yes, I needed more titrant to get a reading.
