Nuclear Green Palythoa

Can anyone help me figure out what are these growing on my nuclear green palythoa? They are thin branches, I'm guessing they're new heads? But why are some red and some white?

Looks like vermetid snails.

White tube the snail is retracted in the base. Colored tube means the worm is right there in the tube.

Careful placing that piece among your other LR. That paly grows like crazy and can overrun other coral. It's hard to manage that paly once it takes off bc it's the type of paly with the deadly palytoxin. Cant scrub/scrap them off a rock. Any type of manual removal requires gloves and a mask to be safe. Trust me I got palytoxin poisoning for a week. It was like the worst Flu I ever had....when I scrubbed the green ones you have with a toothbrush underwater inside the tank.

I'm new to reef tanks this is my first tank. Around 4 months old. What exactly are these snails? Should I be worried?

I'm sorry for what happened with you. I have it on the sand away from any rock. It's the only coral I have now for my tanks is barely 4months old waiting for it to mature more so I add more stuff later.

I just break em off. Bumble bee snails will eat them.
They annoy coral
