I have no idea how this got in my tank or what it is. I QT corals for 4 + weeks, dip before QT and dip when I transfer to DT with Bayer. Tank is 6 months old with a few torches and hammers. What is this and how do I ensure there is no infestation going on?

EEFW(polyclad). There are more in your tank. They will come in as eggs, adults etc. Dip all torches, but I also had them on hammers and a frog spawn. Many claim only like torches. They moved to all.

Iodine stuns them. You can dip them for a couple of minutes and stir them in the iodine/saltwater mix. If you notice the tissue has receeded/missing you can try restor from brightwell aquatics w amino acids. You can PM me if you would like to hear more about this as there was alot.

+1 on looks like polyclad flatworm and a pest you dont want in tankhttps://www.reef2reef.com/threads/what-is-that-a-r2r-guide-to-common-new-tank-hitchhikers.443382/
Little guide to some other common hitch hikers we can get in out tanks and little info/ picture off polyclad flatworm in it,pretty sure I've read some can also predate on snails and also clams and corals like said in thread I shared.
Goodluck and hope you get them all out and dont have to much trouble, lots off great people and great threads on r2r and the Internet on ways to remove them.
