I have 4 frags in my tank 1 montipora, torch coral,war coral favia and a Japanese toadstool leather. I pulled the monti dipped it and replaced the plug. Hope this helps.

Anybody know If there are no corals for them to eat will they die off? Do they only eat montipora and anacropora?

did you find more in dip? inspect for eggs? dip does not kill eggs!
they will not harm your existing corals, not sure how long a starve out cycle would take ?
inspect at night w flashlight ,keep an eye out for more,if found redip ,scrub bottom and rock with toothbrush,no the tissue.

I found a total of 2 nudibranchs and scrubbed the bottom of the frag with a toothbrush. I did not see any eggs on the frag itself but I do believe there were some on the old frag plug.
