Best to just get him out of there..bad ones will do a lot of damage and they're hard to ID. Check lionfishlair there's some others out there too. Many don't eat corals but many definitely do. The uglier they are the harder they are to get info on the Internet..
I got a suspected soft coral eater once beautiful no real data I could find that they ate coral. I put him in my SPS tank with. A Xenia and anoth softie, he slowly lost color and eventually wound up in my herb garden.
Check for eggs everywhere..
