Yup ;)

There are different ones that eat different things. Was it munching on a zoe or polyp?
It was just on the glass, this is the first one ive ever seen. I heard they turn the color of whatever they eat, is this true? What should I do?

People have different opinions. Some say certain ones only eat aptasia and some only eat zoes or polyps.

Here's my .02 cents.....

I bought 2 to deal with a very tiny aptasia problem the little guys looked exactly like yours all whitish, I could see 1 aptasia in my tank. The little guys took it out in 1 day and then I never saw them again......THEN about 2 weeks later I think my polyp has a new head. Nope, it's the nudi all colored like the polyp.

Some say they come in green colored and it's just our lights but I like to believe it is changing due to eating as you suggested.

Heres a shot of the lone survivor eating on my polyps. I had to take it out but it was really cool to watch!

Although its a pest. That is incredible.

I don't have many polyps and I have an aiptasia or two so I am not too worried. I will have to deal with it if it gets out of hand though.

Thank you for the quick response.

Yep. Sure is. I had an outbreak that wiped out almost all of my montis that had been thriving for years. By the time I figured out what was going on I had eggs everywhere and it was a royal pain. Ended up having to remove all my montis and put in another tank. They are very selective in what they eat, but I would remove it for sure and look for eggs. I waited 6 months before I re-introduced an montis back in my tank for fear that they would continue to eat away.

These do not change...if u bought berghia nudis for appys than they ate what u had and starved.
The one on you zoa is a zoa eating nudi and wouldnt touch your appys. Most likely hitched a ride in.
