Found this little guy near some zoas. Is he reef safe or should I get red of it?

Man, there have been a lot of these guys lately. Dermatobranchus sp. (possibly Dermatobranchus fortunatus) - it's a sump nudibranch (coral eater):
Actually, I can't see any of the feathery gills you'd typically find on a Jorunna nudibranch on this guy (though they do share some resemblance). It looks more to me like a Dermatobranchus spp. which are known for eating octocorals (softies, gorgonians, etc.).

ID'ing them down to the species is a bit of tedious process for me (and sometimes I can't get a confirmed species), but here are two recent links from people with similar (if not the same species) nudibranchs (tentatively ID'ed as Dermatobranchus fortunatus, though I'm not sure the rhinophores are right for it) that were alleged to be GSP eaters.
Personally, I'd say sump it with some GSP and sponges and see if you can confirm the genus/get it eating, but that's just me.

So manual removal is the only option for now?

It's only what I do and just remove them when see them .
I used a coral dip but didn't affect them at all.
But maybe other dips would be more stronger idk.
I'm wanting to resty gsp against back wall so it grows up glass but would make removal harder so not done it yet.
I'm thinking to remove gsp from the small Rock it's attached to and get a soft toothbrush and scrub all sides off gsp and hopefully pick all slugs off and scrape any eggs off ( outside off tank ) but this method would only work if no other slugs or eggs are anywhere else in my tank, but I've only seen them on my gsp

the love eating GSP... I fond them on a GSP colony, manual removal was the only solution. best time to catch them was at dawn.
