Nuisance “Algae”(???) ID? HELP!

Could anyone ID this algae for me? It’s so hard to remove and none of my CUC are doing anything to eat it. It’s killing my macros and literally encrusted one of my favias and killed it

Grows as tough as Kevlar making it impossible to manually removing it without starving it to death, chemically burning it off (kalkwasser) or pulling the LR and flame torching it off.
