Okay, I appreciate the help, I’m gonna keep that rock out and quarantined because it was the closest rock to the apstasiaOK that means I did not ID that properly. Vermetids have a very hard shell.

There are a couple of them, I don’t want to accidentally miss some and have them attach to my bigger more expensive rockSo we are really just down to dealing with the aiptasia then. When they feel mortally threatened, they essentially spawn into the water. So whatever method you chose, start by taking it gently out of the water first.
Some people use a razor to scrape off the aiptasia just make sure you do that out of the tank and rinse very thoroughly before putting back into tank.
I will defiantly try tho, I feel like re fragging is a safer option thenThere are a couple of them, I don’t want to accidentally miss some and have them attach to my bigger more expensive rock
I don’t see any, I didn’t mess with the aptasia at all until I knew it was a nuisance, I haven’t seen any more besides the 3-4 on the drag, good thing it was in a very low flow part of tankAbsolutely remove that coral from that piece of rock with the aptasia on it. Right away. Fragging for the first time is scary, but just keep in mind that as much as it might suck to accidentally kill that coral while fragging, aptasia outbreak is worse. Way worse, like totally not worth it. If you have any more aptasia around the tank already, well, the battles begun already...
Okay well, my 1st attempt of re fragging kinda sucked, it’s fine, on a toothpick with a rubber band around another rock I have, I was trying to quarentine that rock but I don’t have drag plugs atm and I needed something to frag it on, can someone check up on me in like 2-3 and I’ll show pictures of the sinularia to see if it’s growingAbsolutely remove that coral from that piece of rock with the aptasia on it.
