Nuissance Algae/Bacteria/Organism??? destroying my reef

i have no idea what it is. my first thought was cyano because of the red hue under my blue led, used chemi clean and nothing. next thought was dino, i really have no clue. i really need help with an ID so i can fight it accordingly. feel free to ask questions. thanks

also its rooted under the sand bed. its individual and sticks out of the sand bed.

i cant even use my skimmer to help the matter because its going nuts. the cup fills up in less than 5 mins
