Can any one idea thes nuisance polyps and how is the best way to get rid of them?

I have been told fluke tabs and dip the rock in vinager what will the effects be on the coralline algea on the rock and on the sps in my tank if idip them and rinse in RO will i be able to put them right back in the tank?
