My 100gal tank is now seven months old. I have eight fish , a star fish, three spa. Two anemones and three zoas. They don’t seem to be growing much. Nitrate is zero as is my phosphates. I was wandering if the tank needs more nutrients.

Yes, you definitely need more nutrients. Aim for 10ppm nitrates and 0.10ppm phosphates.
