Hi-
Ive been testing my parameters every other day for a few weeks now on my gorgonian/sponge tank. They are as follows:
ph: 8.1-8.4
alk: 9.8- 10.4
Nitrate: 10-15 ppm
Phosphate: .10-.16
salinity : 1.025
Temp: 73
I spot feed heavily once a day. My creatures are: Blueberry gorgoinian, blue sponge, Aussie golden polyp gorgonian. Does anyone know what ideal parameters are for these kind of setups? The info is different everywhere I look. For instance, some places state that the BB gorgonian are intolerant of even small traces of nitrate/phosphate. If you keep an NPS tank, please chime in with your experiences. Thank you!
