Nutrients in higher intensities

I read a thread once that eluded to brighter or higher par spectrums increasing the uptake of Nitrate and phosphate as well as the big 3. It made sense that coral would be consuming more as well as macro algae due to photosynthesis but I just wanted to confirm the chemistry.

Lighting, Ca Alk Mg, and NO3 PO4 all work together and must be in balance.

But in belive it's not a higher on the test numbers. Its the availability of those nutints. I.e. Your feeding more and using more. As you increase light you need to feed more.
