I have a 60 gallon cube with one clownfish and a cleaner shrimp
My levels are:
Salinity-34 ppm
Ph 8.1
Phosphate-0.02
Nitrite-0ppm
Nitrate-0ppm
Alkalinity-8dkh
Do I need to increase the nitrite and nitrate for my corals or will that increase algae growth?

Nitrite, no.

Nitrate... well depends, how much are you currently feeding, and how are the corals going? For some people who feed often during the day, it is fine to register 0 nitrate and phosphate as their corals and stuff still gets enough nutrients. But otherwise yeah, others may try to increase nitrates until it is registrable just to be sure that there is enough for all the corals and stuff.
