Does anyone here use NutriSea water to do regular water changes on their tank? I’m setting up a small 7g reef and was deciding whether or not I should mix my own water or just use nutrisea water. I plan on doing water changes every 2-3 weeks and could probably get the 2.2g jugs for about $7

Way cheaper if you do your own. If you made your own it would be less than a dollar. You would also have some on hand for top off.

It can be done how you plan on just at a higher cost.

It's hard to imagine a more ridiculous product claim than this one.

Either their web description that they have used for many years is a totally ludicrous misrepresentation of what's in the package, or it is a horrible seawater mimic.

Take a look at these claimed specifications. It is not remotely close to seawater, even for the major ions.
