Nuvo 40 gallon fish list

I am going to be setting up a Nuvo 40 gallon reef tank I have owned a 90 gallon tank before but I had to sell it because I was moving. Its a couple years later now and I am trying to decide on some fish for my new tank. I was thinking 1 leopard wrasse 1 firefish 1 starry blenny and a goby shrimp pair. I would love to here some thoughts/adjustments and what order to add them in. Thanks
