Nuvo 40/Sicce 2.0

Hey everyone, pretty new at saltwater tanks, but I have a Nuvo 40 with a Sicce 2.0 return pump and cant seem to find how much flow I should have. So for all you guys that have this combination, how do you have your sicce 2.0 pump set, full open, full closed, half way yadda yadda...

I see alot of people using this combination but dont see alot of people talking about how they have it set. I'm only doing fish and rock right now but corals down down the line.

The stock pump on those tanks ran around 476, the 2.0 is rated at 568 at wide open throttle with little to no head pressure, so i'd maybe dial it back a couple clicks and see how that works

I have the same pump on a 53G. There are 9 settings. I dialed down to where the overflow was most quiet , but where still enough flow to fill the DT. I think I have it on the second or third lowest setting.
