Nuvo skimmer ( innovative marine) noise.

Hey guys. Just got the desktop NUVO SKMMIER DC by innovative marine and just plugged in and it’s making bubbles and A LOT of NOISE. Is it normal for the first day. Heard it takes a day or 2 to settle.
Posted the video of it too. Is it normal to be that loud on the first day and then just quiet down. Am I doing something wrong. Or is the noise not going to quiet down. Thanks

Since it's been a few days, things should be calmer by now. You will want to adjust the skimmer so that you don't end up with anywhere near as much water in the top collection cup. None of the bubbles should be coming out of the skimmer, and the "water" it collects should be dark, like coffee. If is clear or looks like tea, it is still too wet and needs adjusted.

Doing this should help with with sound of the bubbling, but it can't get rid of it entirely, sorry. Hope this helps!
