NuvoAquarium 20 MightyJet return pump flow rate?

Hey guys,

I had my standard return pump for the Nuvo20 turned down to 1.1 or whatever the lowest setting is, because initially I thought it was making my fish a bit hard to swim. Turns out it was unlikely the case, just clowns being clowns. So question is, what do you have your pump set to? I am just increasing it one step at a time to see how everything reacts, but yeah keen to know what everyone's experiences are.

turn it up full speed the ocean its a rough and wavy place...much more than any pump in a 20 gallon

2.8 or whatever it is for my Mightyjet in the 25 lagoon with the nozzles directed so the paths cross.
Plus a Jebao SOW-2 WaveMaker on low blowing across.
