Ordered a fish and contacted to find out the shipping date. Was told the date and scheduled off work so I would be able to pick the fish up and bring straight home. Contacted NYAquatic once again the day before it was supposed to ship out to confirm and could not get in contact with anyone. I then called later and found out they can't ship the fish until the following week. Had to cancel the order due to work at that time and not being able to bring the fish inside when it is delivered right away. Ended up switching shifts for no reason and was very difficult to get into contact with this Vendor. Please don't list fish available for sale if they are not healthy/ready to be shipped. Also, please communicate better.
