Nyos 160 burping

Just set up my Nyos 160, every couple minutes the pump lets out a large air bubble. Anybody have any ideas why this might be happening?

Here are a couple of things to check: how deep is the skimmer (is there too much back pressure)? Is the skimmer level (air could be collecting)? Is anything in the venturi?

Thank you for the reply. Skimmer is in a depth of 9inches, Nyos recommends 8 inches. Skimmer is level and nothing in the Venturi. I may just contact Nyos, see what they have to say.
