Hi all,

I have had this for like a year and I don’t think it has ever worked right or I don’t know how to set it. Likely the later... anyhow in my RSM650.. sits in 8 1/4 of water...

If I have the air, micro, and coarse valves completely open the interface sits right above the “Q” on the body which is basically the 8 1/4 “ sump water line

Now if I completely close the coarse adjustment so the hole is no facing the skimmer.. the water interface only reaches the “U” on the body. The only way to get that interface is to close up the air quite a bit..

I have a ticket open with EcoTech and they tell me it is normal. But if I’m completely closing the water output there is little to no water going through it.. rt??

Lastly if I open the coarse all the way open.. and completely close the micro valve it does the same thing.. which would make sense seeing they do the same thing..

Any help would be great. Thx

When I say interface I’m talking about the visible line you can see moving up and down in the body. Again I may be missing something completely

Well I talked to ecotech and they said it is ok/normal for some folks who have to completely close my output and decrease air for the interface to get up to the neck. Anyone else have to run one of these that way?
