Nyos Micro Bubbles In Tank

So, after three weeks the Skimmer is actually skimming! But I am still having micro bubbles in the main tank. Any idea how I can resolve that?

Oh man, I'm on day 3 and already frustrated with mine...

i have use two Nyos skimmer before which is 120 and 160. Before using both skimmer i always let it sit in a five gallon bucket fill with RO water and let it run for a week. And there never any micro bubble happen for me
