I have had many different skimmers during my reefing experience (Reef Octopus, Tunze, CoralLife, Bubble Magnus) and I just purchased the NYOS 120 for my 45.2 frag tank. I just wanted to share that this has been by far the easiest for me to dial-in and it pulls lots of skim mate. This morning when I cleaned the collection cup I was greeted with a really smelly cup of skim mate and I clean it once a week. I only have 5 small fish - must be feeding a little too much.
I know this skimmer is a little pricier that I would like, but it is the last one I hope to buy for this tank. I have 8.0 inches of water in the sump (Protein Skimmer Chamber) and just assembled the skimmer and started it running. Only took about three days to really be dialed in and me to quit fiddling with the tuning. Hope that helps if anyone is looking at this skimmer.
