Paypal dispute filed after this item showed up with a broken pump mount, a broken base plate, and rusted screws the on pump. I messaged the seller and he either blocked me or deleted account.
 
shows him online now. I purchased an Ecotech s2 from him last month, the item was as described and communication was fast and clear. sry this happened to ya.
 
So he blocked me without responding to my pms with photos of the issues and request of a refund. Cool
