Nyos reef cement

I have tried multiple times to cement a small rock to a bigger one as overhang. Because the other rocks are epoxied I can’t take them out of the water but that shouldn’t be a problem.

I did the same as in the video from Nyos. But I can’t get it to hold it just crumbles.

Nyos cement works great out of the water, not so much in water. Use a two part epoxy putty.
